Lack of time, would not allow me to incorporate the fun. Gathered up a few rules and I did not have them even when you add it. In your free time to catch up reading culinary friendly blogs:).
Today my favorite dish, stomachs in dill sauce:
Ingredients:
½ kg stomachs
2 bay leaves,
few grains of allspice, dried dill
a small bunch of dill fresh
salt, pepper, a bit of marjoram.

stomachs clean (I'm not talking about cleaning the stomachs longer because now I buy already cleaned.)
Pour water, add stock cube, salt, pepper, allspice, marjoram, bay leaves, half teaspoon of dried dill. All cook, covered 1 hour, 40 minutes.
In a separate vessel rozrobić 3 tablespoons flour with sour cream and a little water. Very thoroughly that there was no lumps and the end of cooking add to the boiling water. Boil everything still 10 minutes to boil. Optional spice seasoning to taste yet. At the end of cooking, put chopped fresh dill.
Serve hot
