Yeast cake with apricots and bread crumbs

Again another attempt to lose weight, and a pool right after work .. , I'm awfully tired. In the refrigerator I have a piece of cake with crumble .. Eat? or not? .. Maybe I'll lie in bed .. INSTEAD ;-) And even a recipe for cake ..

ingredients in the leaven:

16 g dry yeast or 32 g of fresh yeast
½ cup lukewarm milk
½ cup flour

Ingredients for the dough:
½ cup milk ½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt
¼ cube of melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 and ¾ cup of wheat flour
fruit: apricots, plums, strawberries, etc.
For crumble:
180 g wheat flour
100 g sugar
16 g vanilla sugar
half cube butter, melted

Prepare yeast: the yeast, lukewarm milk flour and sugar. Stir everything together, cover and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Then, after this time, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Dough should be soft and flexible. Cover and leave to rise for one hour. The dough should double in volume.

Prepare crumble . All the ingredients mix and pour hot melted butter. Combine and make a crumble.
