Kokosanki - tempting little something


I came on it by accident. Baking donuts at the carnival was to me a lot of protein, so I wanted to use them. The choice fell on kokosanki. I baked .. and disappeared .. They are such wonderful taste that you can not not go back to them again. Recipe found on page Kotlet.TV


Ingredients:
200 g desiccated coconut
50 g butter
3 / 4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons milk
2 protein
2 teaspoon potato flour

Method of execution:
Dissolve butter over low heat, add sugar, boil while stirring, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add 3 tablespoons milk, desiccated coconut and stir everything.
In a separate vessel Whip egg whites to stiff peaks and gently combine with the cooled mass of coconut. At the end add the corn flour, mix again.
put a pan with baking paper and form a small portion of the weight of the coconut.
Put into preheated oven and bake 15 - 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
