Cube Field Ewan Coffee Table

Actually I did not know red cabbage before moving here. Tastes are strongly linked to place. Fortunately, traveling, people carry them much further from my worlds. Probably cook red cabbage in all surrounding the house. I liked, I've learned, I introduced a little taste of their improvements. It has a spicy taste with a slightly fruity note. Sometimes I use this jar, I cut and seasoned with vinegar and apple, another time the same hacks. Ingredients:
good jar of red cabbage (cook with Dawtony)
1 onion, medium size
about 50 g butter
10 cloves
tablespoon raisins
pinch of cinnamon
2 bay leaves
5 grains allspice
pinch of salt pinch of pepper
Ingredients:
first Translate cabbage to the pot, try to pull it without liquid.
second Pour a little water and boil.
third Add all spices and simmer for about 12 minutes, if necessary, watered with water, stir.
4th Carefully stir in cubes butter and chopped onion.
5th Let stand for 10 minutes to taste the przegryzły and onions become soft.
6th Serve hot.
