Retired Congratulations

espresso cupcakes


Changing eating meant that I have so far limited pastries and partly to give up their favorite dishes. Muffins which I've included the provision did more than a week ago. They are wonderful. Ingredients:
125 g (cube) unsalted butter, softened
125 g sugar
2 large eggs
125 g flour
1 / 2 tsp baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon espresso coffee (powder)
a chocolate bar
2 tablespoons milk

Mix the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, gradually add one whole egg and mix again. Sift and add flour mixed with baking soda and baking powder, cocoa and coffee. Add two tablespoons of milk. Mix everything together to obtain a uniform dough. At the end add melted in a water bath or microwave the chocolate and blend.
