Bread for the święconki

Yes .. I know that the last is less here but I struggle with the pounds and maintain a strict diet is quite difficult. So until I am in the third phase of the diet I limit the stay in the culinary blogs, because I do not want to call the wolf out of the woods. So please bear with us and I promise that I will come back on a permanent basis to catch up.
Today I came with baked chlebkami to święconki and also wanted to wish to celebrate the upcoming Christmas, Easter, cheerful, full of faith, hope and love. Joyful, Spring mood, cordial meeting with the family and among friends and happy Easter. :)

And now the recipe for four breads:


Ingredients:
190 g wheat flour 180 g
spelled flour
flat teaspoon dry yeast
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
flat teaspoon sugar teaspoon salt flat
205 ml of milk

Design:
combine all the ingredients together and knead the dough thoroughly. The finished dough set aside and cover with a cloth, until double in volume. For me about 1.5 hours. Then transferred to flat molds, and then leave for an hour.
Put into preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees C, 20 - 25 minutes.
After removing from oven to cool on rack.
