Cream soup of leek and potato mushrooms

This is a fun, inexpensive and quick to prepare soup, which I do sometimes when I have unexpected guests. But also for himself and Monica, because it is satisfying - but very easy to digest.

ingredients needed to prepare the soup, potato-leek cream:
  • 1 large leek
  • 3-4 large potatoes
  • tablespoon butter
  • 3-4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • salt, pepper, basil and other spices
  • possibly peas puff on toast or bread


Prepare soup cream potato-pore:

peel potatoes, cut off from the dark green part of leek, then cut it all the thicker pieces. In a saucepan, melt the butter and the cook about 2 minutes on low heat (covered) season.

Then add potatoes, add salt, pepper, basil and give other favorite spices (marjoram, savory, etc.), pour water (3 cups - comes denser, 4 szklaki - thinner) and cook about 30 minutes, so that the potatoes were soft. Mix the ingredients (or wipe the filter), add cream, season again to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

This is the best cream soup with puff pastry croutons or tiny grzaneczkami. Enjoy:)
