This is one of my favorite recipes. This is a great dish, we can prepare for any occasion, but perfect for Christmas Eve and barbecue.
Mushrooms cooked in this way become very interesting, deep flavor.

ingredients needed to prepare the mushrooms in the marinade (the mushrooms and fish):
1 kg mushrooms medium-sized
3 medium onions 3-4
pickles
2 eggs bread crumbs
4 cups water 6 tablespoons
sugar 6 tablespoons ketchup
(benign)
1 jar of tomato paste (200g)
salt, pepper, grainy, allspice, bay leaf

Prepare mushrooms in brine:
Remove legs from the mushrooms, hats rolled individually in egg mixed with salt and pepper and breadcrumbs crumbs. Then fry them in oil to a golden-brown color.
In the meantime, prepare covering medium. Pour water into pot, add sugar, ketchup, tomato paste, a teaspoon of salt, a few grains of pepper, 2-3 grains of allspice, three bay leaves. Mix everything thoroughly, and boil. Then cook on a smaller gas for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl (preferably all at once that in which we will give mushrooms), arrange the layers: first
fried mushrooms
second raw, sliced \u200b\u200bonion
third fungi
4th pickles sliced \u200b\u200blengthwise slices
5th can be laid on top again, a little onion
Total Pour the hot marinade and insert after cooled in the refrigerator.
We serve until the next day after cooking! Remove fungi best two hours before the administration would not be cold. Enjoy:)
